Quick and helpful response
I recently upgraded to a new, faster PC and wanted to port my copies of Corel Paint Shop Pro and Video Studio 2020 to my new computer. Unfortunately I had lost the original installation software, so more in hope than expectation I contacted Cleverbridge to see what was possible. I had a fantastically quick and friendly response from Laura H which included a link to enable me to download the installation software to my new computer. Problem solved in double quick time! Great response when I contacted support…
Great response when I contacted support to get a refund. I no longer needed parallel and it had auto renewed. I contacted support to get a refund and this was promptly sorted out.
