Painless Refund Process & Responsive Customer Support

I started a trial version of EndNote, then subsequently purchased a subscription from Cleverbridge. But a duplicate purchase was made once the trial version expired. I reached out to the Cleverbridge customer support regarding this situation and requested a refund, and I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response (within hours) I received along with approval of the refund. Thank you Todd S. & the Cleverbridge customer support team for helping this student save a few hundred dollars.

I needed to get another serial number…

I needed to get another serial number due to the fact we had to buy another laptop that had crashed. I sent a request and got what a needed within 12hrs.

Great support.

I had my pc's drive crash and lost everything. I had made a backup, but unfortunately was not recoverable. I contacted cleverbridge support to help me recover software. Within 24Hrs I had a responce from their support, and was back up and running. Thank you so much for the brilliant service.

Super Speedy Assistance!

I was delighted with the quick answer and support I received with this go around of needing my download link available. I had a tricky time a couple years ago and am thrilled to see that the support has been worked on. Grateful so that I can keep doing my work instead of working on the backend.

PaintShop Pro X9 bought in 2017 ...

PaintShop Pro X9 bought in 2017 - yesterday a new PC, oh, where is my PSPX9-setup file? I contacted Cleverbridge (withmy reference number included) and today all my PSP-programs were downloadable again! What a great, great service! And Sergio, thanks for your great efforts!
