The app itself is great and smooth
The app itself is great and smooth, but if you do 3D modeling like me you need the M1 instead of the intel chip. Another thing is I did not turn off my renewal subscription but the support team still refunded me the whole charge. Thank you!

I want to thank you great folks at Cleverbridge. After making the error of ordering the wrong version, customer support was prompt and professional at helping me. They offered me a full refund so that I could order the version I preferred. Even though it was my mistake, they made the entire process smooth and simple. They have a customer for life in me. I was recently hit with an unexpected credit charge for a Parallels upgrade when I had previously cancelled the subscription . Used Cleverbridge's customer complaint site - which was very clear and simple to navigate - without great expectations. Fantastic customer service
Forgot to cancel our subscription. Payment was taken so I emailed to ask if we could cancel and get a refund. Emailed me straight back and our money was refunded with no questions asked. Great customer service. Wish everyone was as good as this company.
