Truly a great support staff

I am an avid user of Photo shop Pro and had just built a new computer. When I pulled my original links (from over a year ago) they did not work and panicked. I sent a letter to support late Sunday night and immediately Monday morning when I opened my mail from Elisa in support, her opening line was "I've got you covered". Instantly, relief came over me. appreciate the help

Since I filled a wrong email address, I couldn't receive the order information of the product key. Unfortunately, I had another payment before this, which I chose to pay from PayPal, and I didn't pay for it. In other words, there were two payments from me, but the one which payment has been paid was with the wrong email address.
