You wont find a better service like this these days!

Cracking service again from a company I trade threw often. Had an issue with a lost program that had gone past its download date by quite a bit. Bang one email, 12 hours later a link to and extended download for a couple of months. Saved my software which I thought I had lost from a new install. Cannot recommend enough, service like this is strongly lacking in most companies, a refreshing change.

I had difficulty downloading purchased…

I had difficulty downloading purchased products (tried 2 different machines and 4 browsers). Throughout this, the support people at Cleverbridge were EXCELLENT. They consistently tried different alternatives to circumvent the problem(s) until reaching an alternative method to solve the problem.

Fantastic After sales service Very pleasing result

After purchasing a number of Ashampoo Programs and ordering a few Back up CDs All arrived in perfect condition. Except the last one which had been broken during transport. Being unsure of what responce I would get from Cleverbridge I decided to send an Email with two photos. I was very happy to receive a reply a few hours later stating that they will send me a replacement

My annual subscription refund.

My annual subscription came due without me remembering it. I had stopped using the product for several months and just forgot about it. Cleverbridge sent me an email stating that the subscription was withdrawn. I used their website and explained my situation. The next morning, I received a confirmation from Elisa stating I would be receiving a full refund. I was very impressed by the quick response, kindly worded explanation, and their cooperation. Thank you very much.

Helpful and fast!!

I purchased some partition software from Aomei. It didn't achieve the desired result. I filled in the online form for a refund, and with 24 hours, the team at Cleverbridge had actioned the refund and let me know they had done so. They didn't make it difficult or awkward, which makes me more likely to return to them for software in the future.
