Outstanding Customer Service
I bought a new computer and needed to transfer a piece of software that I bought seven years ago onto it. Needless to say, my download link was long ago expired. I didn't have much hope of resuscitating it, but it was worth a try. I contacted customer support at cleverbridge and was able to download my ancient software the very next day. Outstanding service. Hats off to Nick.

Great customer service.
I had an issue with some software I purchased from Corel. I contacted Cleverbridge about the price discrepancy. They were able to secure a refund for the difference in pricing. The agent that handled my issue, Justin M., kept me in the loop during the process. I was very appreciative of his efforts, and very impressed that he was able to resolve it to my satisfaction.They know how to do customer service right.
