Information lost in a extrernal Hard Drive
I lost some information in a harddrive that I formatted by mistake and I could recover it in its entirety with Ontrack Recovery. Aditionally, by mistake I forgot to disable the autorenwal option of my suscription and once I contacted the customer service , they were very kind and refunded the money to my credit card.
