The company fulfilled everything regarding my COREL software order. Unfortunately, I later lost my files as a result of a system upgrade. I asked their representatives to extend the validity of the links from which I could download the program files again. There was no problem with that. They responded quickly efficiently and professionally. I wish everyone were like that.

Cleverbridge - easy 5 stars - excellent support.

I made the mistake of upgrading to win 11 without doing a full backup. As a result, I lost access to Corel’s PaintShop Pro / related products. After reaching out to Cleverbridge, I received 5-star support - access to the install files and keys - so all restored. A miscommunication to inform me of an upcoming automatic renewal for a product which I had decided was no longer needed, caused an unwanted charge to be made on my credit card. When informed that I wanted a refund, Cleverbridge GmbH were quick and VERY helpful in issuing a refund with the same day. No arguing, or disputing: The refund was issued.
