A medal company.
The company fulfilled everything regarding my COREL software order. Unfortunately, I later lost my files as a result of a system upgrade. I asked their representatives to extend the validity of the links from which I could download the program files again. There was no problem with that. They responded quickly efficiently and professionally. I wish everyone were like that.

Cleverbridge - easy 5 stars - excellent support.
I made the mistake of upgrading to win 11 without doing a full backup. As a result, I lost access to Corel’s PaintShop Pro / related products. After reaching out to Cleverbridge, I received 5-star support - access to the install files and keys - so all restored. All this done quickly, efficiently and with a friendly approach, thank you very much indeed Cleverbridge.

I had a hardware / software crash and…
I had a hardware / software crash and lost all my purchased applications. With the assistance of Kristoffer P at Cleverbridge Customer Support, I was able to obtain and download all my software and am so happy. Thank You for the Great Service, I wish all Customer Support was this Good. Unlike some Service Providers, that told me that they do not support the software any longer. Much Obliged and Greatly Appreciated

Excellent Support Experience
I recently received notice of an autorenewal on a product that I hadn't used in over a year. I thought that I had cancelled the subscription but I must have missed a step. I sent a message to the company explaining the situation with little hope that anything would be able to be done about the issue other than canceling the subscription again. Very impressed!
A miscommunication to inform me of an upcoming automatic renewal for a product which I had decided was no longer needed, caused an unwanted charge to be made on my credit card. When informed that I wanted a refund, Cleverbridge GmbH were quick and VERY helpful in issuing a refund with the same day. No arguing, or disputing: The refund was issued. This is the type of service that is long overdue on the internet. Thank you Cleverbridge GmbH.
