GREAT Service!!!!
I ordered a software I already had, thought it was a newer version... I emailed Tech Support and within a few hours I had a positive answer with a full refund on the way. NICE :)

I had a problem that was a bit important. I contacted them on October 17 via email and within a few hours they had solved my problem. Fast and also very nice contact persons.

Change to Account Owner
I made a request to change an account from a former employee to a different employee. The issue was resolved immediately and the email response was friendly yet professional. I was able to access the account the next morning when I came to work...easy and quick!!

Problems with a double invoice when I only needed one!
Having had problems with actually buying the software upgrade through no fault of Acronis, I ended up with two potential invoices for the product which was not what I intended. I contacted Acronis and they have canceled the second invoice without any problems whatsoever. I am very pleased with the smooth way that this all happened.
