Amazing Customer Care
Reassurance is clearly visible, also the depth of investigations carried out was above and beyond my expectations. The level of information given was equally incredible - my big issue was resolved in less than 48 hours, from emailing to resolution.

Change to Account Owner
I made a request to change an account from a former employee to a different employee. The issue was resolved immediately and the email response was friendly yet professional. I was able to access the account the next morning when I came to work...easy and quick!!
