Excellent customer service

For some odd reason, there was a mixup with a double order of which I did not order and clever bridge. Made it right refunded my money within 24 hours. That’s what I call. Great customer service.

CB was easy to work with

I received an email yesterday saying that I was charged for an annual software renewal that I knew nothing about. I contacted CB and asked them to refund the charge and I explained why. Within a few hours, CB agreed to issue the refund. Case closed.

Cleverbridge was very quick to respond…

Cleverbridge was very quick to respond after a hard drive crash nearly wiped out all my data. My activation key to some software was lost, and even though it had been several years since the purchase, they provided both the key and the reactivated download link. And on a Sunday yet! Outstanding service! Thank you Cleverbridge.
