I got some seriously fast service as well as very informative. I submitted my request for a refund and within a minute (no word of a lie) I had a reply waiting for me stating it had been processed for me. Now that's service!

You can always recall your purchase for download

I had to do a system reset on my laptop. That meant the software I had purchased and downloaded, was gone. Having purchased through the Cleverbridge system allowed me access to download the software to re-install. My request was dealt with quickly and the info was made available to facilitate what I required.

Shockingly good service!

I had a charge for a annual renewal I didn’t expect. These guys blew my mind. Immediate cheerful response and credit. I was amazed how fast and pleasant the interaction was. These guys are pros and know what service means!
