quick and suitable solution to my problem

I was unable to cancel my subsciption to Draftsight due to a problem with the website. When I sent an email Cleverbridge cancelled the subscription within a day.

Great customer services

I have used MacClean for years. Having recently sunsetted all of my Macs, my MacClean subscription auto renewed. CB staff were super helpful and efficient in assessing my ticket and processing a refund. No issues. No admin. Straight up good business. Shout out to Lex Q for great customer service!

Great customer services

Great customer care and service

I missed the window for auto renewal (to cancel) on my software and charged for the year. As I no longer needed the service, I contacted Cleverbridge and they clearly detailed their policies. I was clearly at fault, however, they graciously took care of my needs, without hassle, very friendly and courteous and responsive. And reimbursed me the fee, without hassle. I'm very impressed with their customer care.
