Great Customer service from Cleverbridge

Elisa from Cleverbridge really helped me out by approving a refund on a software subscription that I didn't realize was going to auto renew one year after I purchased it. I sent in a request for refund and she helped me get it taken care of quickly and pleasantly. Great Customer service, thank you Elisa and Cleverbridge.

Fast and Courteous!

I had an issue over the weekend, and Cleverbridge responded swiftly first thing Monday morning. Actually, a couple of representatives responded to the matter via email and I thought, "Wow, this never happens where multiple representatives converge on a ticket to get a matter resolved." Fantastic customer service

I couldn’t cancel my automatic subscription via email as set out in FAQs so I emailed customer support. Within a day Elisa P had emailed me saying “I’ve got you” and proceeded to tell me she’d cancelled my subscription as requested and refunded me the payment that had just come off as was no longer required. Customer service is fantastic!

Very fast response and resolution.

Very fast response and resolution. I had trouble stopping a subscrition so sent a request for help. Randy L. responded within 24 hours, having completed the task for me and emailing a confirmation. A thank you to Cleverbridge. I'm not used to getting such fast service on the internet.
