After discovering an unauthorized charge on our deceased relative’s account resulting from an automated recurring subscription, Joshua B. from customer support promptly provided assurance by facilitating a refund and canceling the subscription. Cleverbridge GMBH responded quickly…

Cleverbridge GMBH responded quickly (certainly in less than 24 Hours) to my inquiry regarding the credit card that I had on file with them, as to whether it had expired or not. They gave me the information so that I was able to check for myself immediately. And change cards if necessary. It was not necessary. Since I did not need to change it, I let them know that all was OK. It was a simple & very good experience.

A charge popped up for a renewal...

A charge popped up for a software renewal I didn't authorize. Sent one email with the info, and everything was reversed. Thanks for being honest and taking care of things so quickly

It let me get up to date with Acronis…

It let me get up to date with Acronis Backup software, as always they have not let me down, this version is smarter than the older ones which makes it much easier to install and use.

Fantastic customer service

I couldn’t cancel my automatic subscription via email as set out in FAQs so I emailed customer support. Within a day Elisa P had emailed me saying “I’ve got you” and proceeded to tell me she’d cancelled my subscription as requested and refunded me the payment that had just come off as was no longer required. Customer service is fantastic!

Fast and Courteous!

I had an issue over the weekend, and Cleverbridge responded swiftly first thing Monday morning. Actually, a couple of representatives responded to the matter via email and I thought, "Wow, this never happens where multiple representatives converge on a ticket to get a matter resolved." Great Customer service from Cleverbridge

Elisa from Cleverbridge really helped me out by approving a refund on a software subscription that I didn't realize was going to auto renew one year after I purchased it. I sent in a request for refund and she helped me get it taken care of quickly and pleasantly. Great Customer service, thank you Elisa and Cleverbridge.
