I had an issue which involved miscommunication. The representative allowed me an audience and listened to my explanation. After review, my issue was resolved. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine conern. Not only was my correspondence answered expeditiously but the issue was resolved within two days. Staff at Cleverbridge are the epitome of great customer service.
