I got a refund
After a frustrating couple of weeks trying to download or be refunded by Cleverbridge GmbH, I am delighted to report I received the complete refund and apology. This is great at any time, but particularly during a holiday season it renews one's faith in humanity. Thank you, Cleverbridge!

Cleverbridge sorted my problem in one day, great.
Had problem cancelling a VPN and getting refund. Cleverbridge support sorted it out for me in one day. Couldnt praise them highly enough.

I recently reached out to Cleverbridge about a charge (almost $80) on my PayPal account that I did not recognize. A very prompt reply from Cleverbridge explained what the charge was for, when it was initiated, how I was alerted to it and what to do if I was to request a refund. It turns out the charge was for an annual renewal of a computer security cleaner which I had ordered a year ago, but from an email I seldom check. The renewal info went there so I never saw it. Very good service from Cleverbridge!
Whilst it is unfortunate for my family and I to continue using F Secure as it no longer supports Windows 7 which we all use, I have found this security works very well for us to feel safe using the internet. I had a personal problem with a payment, I wrote and explained. Cleverbridge replied straight away with solving my problem, plus very kind words to me regarding my health. This kind of service lets me give them 5/5 stars. Thankyou very much Cleverbridge for your superb help!
