I saw an unknown charge from 6 months back on a credit card and followed up. My mistake, something bought but then forgotten. Cleverbridge provided all the documentation I needed promptly and with no difficulty.

Cleverbridge is an Triple A company…
Cleverbridge is an Triple A company with A+ Customer service. I have had a problem 2 times, with the program, albeit my not understanding that with renewal of subscription comes a new key. I did not know this. Both times customer support got right on it and got me my key. This second time, they let me know. This was so extremely helpful. Thank you Cleverbridge family.

Successful refund request thanks to Cleverbridge Customer service
I mistakenly purchased the wrong version of Hitmanpro, the standard rather than the .Alert. I followed up with Cleverbridge and explained my mistake. Cleverbridge contacted SurfRight B.V. requesting a refund, and the request was successful. The whole issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. Given the error was on my part, and the money involved was less than €25, the money / refund was not a huge issue. Great support offered
Although a new subscription period started, I found understanding in reimbursing the money. I didn't want to continue due to the fact that my son has difficulties with the English language, being dislexic, which stopped him from using the program. Thank you for your understanding!
