Customer support was quick, kind, and helpful. Joshua B. was very helpful in explaining the process and urging me to email him with any questions I had. There were speedy responses and I got my refund about a day after I requested, which was really great. Overall, even though my product didn’t work out, I’m really happy with the customer service and they’ve made my day. Thank you so much, Cleverbridge!

Prompt refund of automatic renewal fee over Christmas

I was charged an automatic renewal fee on 24 Dec for a product I had cancelled several months previously. I contacted Cleverbridge and received a response, and had my refund processed within 24 hours, despite it being Christmas.
