Perfect!

Great software, easy to use and install! Never had a problem dealing with win programs on mac, I've been running a pretty heavy trading platform with no issues at all. And the customer service is very fast and comprehensive, I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal, I texted them and in less than 24h I had my refund (thank you Joseph C.!)

Unknown billing on my mastercard

I would give this service 10 stars if I could. I had struggled to determine the product that was billed on my mastercard. One email to your staff supplied me with all the information that I needed. Billing was done through an old email address dated almost 5 years ago. Your staff went above and beyond in solving the problem and coming up with a solution. Great customer service.

Excellent Customer Support

My father recently passed away and I've been tasked with finalising his accounts etc. I found some transactions on his credit card directing me to Cleverbridge. I emailed the company and they were very helpful in identifying what the recent charges were for. My Dad didn't require the software etc anymore, so I requested a refund and Cleverbridge were very accommodating in helping to arrange that.

It was the outstanding customer service…

It was the outstanding customer service from CleverBridge. I have worked with thousands of companies throughout the years and have never received this kind of service before. It was fast, efficient and I had my money back in my account within an hour. I would definitely use cleverbridge again and anyone that needs their kind of products or services should use them above anyone else. They are definitely a five star company!

Excellent customer service

Had an excellent experience with Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. Seems I encountered an installation issue which unfortunately could not be resolved. After explaining and requesting a refund, Gerald M. was very pleasant and quickly offered to issue a refund for my purchase. He was very accommodating, and his quick response in resolving my problem was much appreciated. We need more good customer service and PR like Gerald M. Thank you Gerald M. B. Keller
