Extremely helpful & quick response

I reached out to Cleverbridge to resolve an issue, which turned out to be outside of their remit (another company was responsible, not Cleverbridge). Instead of ignoring me, they kindly explained the correct protocol and provided me with the contact information of the company that could assist me.

After buying Cleverbridge software I…

After buying Cleverbridge software I relaised that it was not really what I wanted due to a misunderstanding in the advertised product, I contacted Cleverbridge Customer Support for a refund and within 24 hrs I had a polite reply stating that my refund has been processed with no quibbling. It was refreshing to have such a positive response from a software company in this day and age, Well done Cleverbridge, I would not hesitate to recommend them 100%.

Perfect!

Great software, easy to use and install! Never had a problem dealing with win programs on mac, I've been running a pretty heavy trading platform with no issues at all. And the customer service is very fast and comprehensive, I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal, I texted them and in less than 24h I had my refund (thank you Joseph C.!)
