I had a problem today when trying to upgrade my license from one product to another. The process got stuck when validating my credit card. I raised a support ticket with Cleverbridge, and their rep (Romel) contacted me within a few hours and gave me the solution to the problem. Perfect service given that this was Saturday afternoon. Many thanks to Romel at Cleverbridge.

Parallels: a bridge from past to present to future

I have had parallels installed on one computer to another since version 4. I have been able to have access to data and programs over evolutionary cycles of Mac Operating systems. It seems in my research my computer resources are stages behind and it is more cost effective to progress via access to older systems until i can afford the new. Double trouble

I had an issue with a double subscription. I contacted the company for assistance. Gerald came to my aid, sorted the problem, kept me informed of progress throughout. He was prompt, courteous and effective.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, which is rare these days. I didn't receive the order confirmation email from the vendor so I chased it up through Cleverbridge. The support/help people at Cleverbridge were so helpful and, eventually, they got the order confirmation email sent to me. Cannot thank them enough for their patience and assistance.

Great Customer Service

This company is extremely customer orientated. On several occasions in the last 2 years or so I have had queries about their products and on each occasion they have gone the extra mile to be of assistance. Their customer support is provided rapidly and efficiently. Their staff also seem very nice people, and their products are reliable and intuitive.

Cleverbridge refunds

Cleverbridge operates as a payment company also and my interaction with them was as a payment receiver for CyberGhost VPN. The subscription with CyberGhost had to be refunded due to technical issues. The refund from CyberGhost was not easy, the refund from Cleverbridge was perfect. From the first email request, via a form on the Cleverbridge site, to the actual refund notice from PayPal was in a matter of hours, not days. Fast Service!

A software support subscription was auto-renewed, then very quickly refunded on request, as the software was no longer needed. I appreciate both the auto-renewal, and the quick refund.

Responsive and Professional

I purchased a product that did not meet my needs or expectations. I applied for a refund within 24 hours and Cleverbridge was on it right away. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. It gives me confidence in purchasing through their system
