Very Fast Response Time

I did a search for Cleverbridge online when I didn't recognize a charge on my credit card. I used a link provided by them and within about 10 minutes, I had a personalized response via e-mail assuring me that I would have a credit to my account and a discontinuance of monthly service. This was a Sunday too!

Great client support!

I had a subscription issue that I wanted to cancel and didn't know how to do it so, I got in contact with Cleverbridge (it was through them that I made the orignal payment) and they got back to me in a couple of hours with a very detailed and helpful answer from Romel S for which I am very grateful. Thank you for the great support....much apprecitated.

Subscription was cancelled

Subscription was cancelled within minutes after sending an email. No one tried to pressure me to stay. Could not have been easier. Well done!!!!!

I had problems with F-secure
