An engaging sales platform with helpful insight features

What do you like best? I like being able to create sales presentations quickly and easily with ClearSlide's simple design tools. Rather than just sending out our presentations and waiting for a call back or feedback, we can immediately view presentation interaction data to help us understand how our viewers are receiving the information. With this data, we can follow up in a way that makes more sense to each viewer. What do you dislike? The cost is rather extensive, especially when ...

Very user friendly

What do you like best? Very reliable, very easy to use. I don't fully understand what the email functions are for but I imagine they're pretty cool too What do you dislike? Better instructions on the viewer's side for screen sharing (the plug-in stumps many) Better instructions on the viewer's side to enlarge the display Better training on how to leverage the email options What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use CS ...

Legal Research Consultant

What do you like best? Very easy to use/user friendly. Very quick and easy to start a meeting and give out conference line information. What do you dislike? Occasional browser compatibility issues and can be hard to troubleshoot issues in the middle of a presentation. Allowing others to show their screen on your meeting definitely needs work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping with usability of legal research products. ...

Engaging presentation software with valuable data tools

What do you like best? Putting slides together isn't all that complicated when I use a template. There are many good quality templates that allow me to get started on the right track. For the most part, I can just switch out content like text and photos and be just about done. There are great interactive and analytics features that let us know how engaged our viewers are and prepares us on how to follow up with them. What do you dislike? I don't really like the pricing structure ...

An effective tool for business presentations and feedback automation

What do you like best? ClearSlide is a tool with many utilities. We can save numerous presentations in a single account very quickly, which makes it very flexible and easy to use. A great advantage is that you do not have to download anything to use it and you can always access it whenever you want. I also like the possibility of screen sharing, since it improves the experience. It is optimized to be used in different devices so you can access and perform various actions from any mobile ...

Overpriced for an average product. Beware 90 day cancellation policy.

What do you like best? This allowed me to track email opens on PDF slide decks. What do you dislike? "Our CFO bases our budget on our committed contracts, so we have a strict 90 day policy for all of our contracts." - Account Manager Product didn't keep up with alternative solutions. At this point, I now find solutions like DocSend and even sharing Google Slides and using standard email tracking in Salesforce to be more than sufficient. For screensharing, BlueJeans, Zoom and ...

Average product, terrible billing practices

What do you like best? That is allowed our sales reps & customers to share a screen What do you dislike? We had been using Clearslide for a few years. We started using the tool as a way to share screens with our customers and prospects. It worked okay. There were bugs and over time it became an obsolete solution as our customers and prospects became better accustomed to Zoom, Bluejeans, Gotomeeting, etc. They haven't really innovated that part of the solution in years. We moved to ...

It's a decent sales presentation tool with helpful features

What do you like best? Lots of functionality, new UI a good improvement over previous iteration (generate content links, send templated emails, live screen share) What do you dislike? Admin UI not as easy to manage as would be desirable. Lacking some capabilities and/or the level of granularity that would make said capabilities useful. Some end users have difficulty leveraging tool to max effect as often requires a lot of clicks to accomplish tasks and default behavior is to use as ...

Easy to use with clients

What do you like best? I work with non tech savvy clients. Clearside makes it easy to track your presentations and move from slides to the live website. What do you dislike? I don't need to save my presentations and it seems to prompt that on every one. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Formal presentations virtually
