Great platform

What do you like best? Recently they added a notes section which syncs with Salesforce. Instead of me inputting separate notes on 2 platforms this is much more efficient! What do you dislike? Sometimes PPTs don't upload in the proper format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use clearslide to pitch and screenshare with clients/colleagues.

Poor search functionality

What do you like best? I like that documents can be tagged and sorted by tags, but this is often difficult to operationalize. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't search by anything except for name and tags--I'd prefer if I could search for words within the document. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Clearslide to host our marketing materials that are utilized by sales, as well as for web conferencing.

Great product overall

There are many features that I like including the easy connection that does not require any downloads, the screen-sharing for demos, links to presentations, email marketing templates, and the content repository. What do you like best? The best part is the alerts that you get when someone opens the file. This is very helpful when you are sending to a client and you know if they downloaded it or not. What do you dislike? I'm not a fan of the screen sharing ability, I find that sometimes I can't get back to being the host so it defeats the purpose of having someone follow along with you. Awesome Online Sales Presentation Platform

What do you like best? Great for sharing presentations, Video, website links. Like the viewer analytics feature. We use the recorded and replay presentations to share with those not able to be present during the webinar presentation, and track if the presentation gets forwarded on to others to view.
