An important tool for me
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The screen-sharing feature is great because I can share my screen with customers and tell them what to do at their end. It is a big help in instructing them on marketing techniques because I can do more than just visualize the instructions with them. The email tracking feature is a big benefit too because if I don’t get a response from a client, I can check if they’ve opened the email or if it’s lying unopened in their inbox. This ...

Worst Support ever - want to buy but nobody gets back to me
What do you like best? Product is very easy to use and intuitive What do you dislike? I need pricing for the SFDC connection piece. I've requested pricing 4 times through the website over a 3 month period but no response to date and their sales hotline transferred me to support. No luck there either :-( What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email tracking, tracking opens / time spend reviewing pages of documentation.

Robust inside sales tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’ved used ClearSlide for tasks such as inside sales, BDR/SDR, and field sales. It is a great app for the inside sales team to deliver pitches and demos. Highlight features are email/content tracking capabilities and web/tele-conference functionality. Poor screenshare experience
What do you like best? I like being able to record the screenshare sessions. What do you dislike? Sounds quality is atrocious when people use a soft phone; no presenter pane; I have no use for the document storage and tracking of opens. What problems are you solving with the product? Customer support could be improved
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The highlights are the Live Meeting feature which allows me to share a screen and the ability to send email pitches and see who opens and reads the emails. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The app is complicated to use. Sales presentation has never been easier, thanks to ClearSlide
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Performing a meeting has never been easier even screen share is easy. There is no need to install software for prospects, and custom web link is professional. There are available long lists of international call numbers. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I use the graphics to circle, point, and underline important parts of my slide show presentations. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is nice to be able to see when recipients open their emails and I can follow up with them if they don’t respond. What do you like best? This tool has so many features. I love that you can upload a presentation and share it with your team. You then can see what pages/slides were viewed the most.
