GPS success!

ClearPath GPS has helped us to monitor where our vehicles and drivers are at any time. It has also allowed us to keep our customers better informed as to when they can expect our technicians, and we’ve been able to find the most efficient way to handle any last minute work orders. From a safety perspective, it also helps for our drivers to know we are monitoring them and their driving behavior while they’re out in the field. We use it a lot more than I thought we would!

Our company joined ClearPathGPS to…track addresses for billing and to see where service techs are at the time.

Our company joined ClearPathGPS to track our techs for the addresses for billing, etc. We are finding it does not help, so I am disappointed. Addresses are off and can not be used. The only help I am getting from this service, from an office stand point, is that I can get a general idea where the techs are. Other than that, it does not help me with what we had anticipated.
