I am a Dispatcher for a HVAC company…

I am a Dispatcher for a HVAC company and we use Clear Path GPS to manage our Fleet. They recently made upgrades to there programming and the view was much different then the old map. So, I had some questions about this and in a simple click I was connected to a customer service representative who walked me through my questions and even sent me screen shots to help. Thanks for all that you guys do & I look forward to using all the new and improved tools to help me get my job done.

Honest reliable company!

These guys have been awesome. They are communicative, honest, and easy to work with. During Covid, I took 10 of my cars off the road but I forgot to cancel the trackers. I called Clearpath after the fact and told them that I would appeciate if they refunded me since I wasn't using the trackers... most companies would have come up with some reason why they couldn't, but clearpath didn't even blink. They gave me the money back without a hassle. All around great company to work with!

Over the course of having our multiple…

Over the course of having our multiple GPS trackers from ClearPath, they have always been fast to answer questions and help with any issues. I have one vehicle which likes to fight connecting after the vehicle has had routine maintenance where they unplug the device. They have always been responsive same day, to get the tracker to start reading again on the map. This quick response if a big factor for me!
