Straightforward and seamless Support
As a former Director of Tech Support for a multi-national company, I can honestly say that ClearPathGPS' Support team get the job done in a straightforward and logical manner. It's nice to see a name associated with one's case, and they can seamlessly hand of my cases between Support staff without losing a beat. Good job.

Clear Path GPS Saves Us Money
I have been using Clear Path GPS for years and cant imagine working without it. The support staff are extremely helpful and very responsive. The cost is very affordable and the tracking saves us a great deal in labor cost.

GPS Device Wasn't Sending Updates
One of the devices on our tech's truck was not sending updates as to his location. I sent an email regarding the issue and was sent a message back from a customer service rep who had assessed the problem, was able to send a signal to correct it and said he would monitor it. Which he did and email me a week later to say that he had been watching it and the problem seemed to be fixed. I appreciate the quick response and follow up to my concern. Excellent job!
