What do you like best about ClearCompany? It’s hard for me to pinpoint what I like best about ClearCompany because much of the functionality ends up being more time-consuming than helpful. Features don’t always work consistently, and instead of streamlining my workflow, I often find myself troubleshooting issues or creating workarounds. What do you like best about ClearCompany? ClearCompany does a lot right. It is the best ATS I have used as a recruiter. It is simple to use and is easy to understand. They make a lot of the product customizable but do it in a straightforward way. What do you dislike about ClearCompany? They have some weaknesses. ClearCompany by itself is only an ATS. What do you like best about ClearCompany? The Recruiting section, requisitions, and candidate search are ideal for screening candidates. What do you dislike about ClearCompany? The onboarding process is too long, my tasks and onboarding candidates are not as user-friendly as I would like.

What do you like best about ClearCompany? ClearCompany is always evolving. Client facing and development team work hard and it shows. What do you dislike about ClearCompany? While ClearCompany receives suggestions and feedback well, I feel like designing from the recruiter's perspective would make the product better. There are little stuff here and there that, while on paper, it may seem good, but as a user, we wish there were some tweaks to make it more user friendly

What do you like best about ClearCompany? After purchasing Brainier a year ago, I can say we are pleased with the functionality and UX/UI. Our team members can see classes and courses that are assigned and easily register for them. They also have the ability to easily search for a topic to find additional course, classes and links. What do you like best about ClearCompany? That I can create learning opportunities for employees. It's easy to link with our HRIS system and easily accessed by employees. What do you dislike about ClearCompany? It's a little more of a cost than other LMS companies.

What do you like best about ClearCompany? I have not had a ton of experience with ClearCompany. They took over Brainier LMS right after we began using the LMS. So far, the interactions have been good, and we have had very little issues. What do you dislike about ClearCompany? The changes to the way Brainier support works now as opposed to the way it worked when we first started using it. I used to get a response immediately, now it can take almost a day.

What do you like best about ClearCompany? The LMS is extraordinarily simple to implement, to use, and to administer. I plan to recommend it to all of my clients who are in the market for new learning systems.In addition I have been very impressed with the level of service and customer support both during and after our implementation.
