What do you like best? Personally, I like the onboarding process, it is simple for new employees and managers to use and it saves so much time. Managers were responsible for printing out packets of paperwork for new hires and then following up to make sure everything was submitted to HR in time for payroll. What do you like best? We utilize the applicant tracking and onboarding through Clear Company. Our rep, Mark Guthart, has always answered our questions and adapted the system to meet our needs. What do you like best? These performance reviews are well thought out. They hit all the key points needed to review. No wasted time with pointless questions. It covers a years performance in detail, and allows for clear concise goal setting, short, medium and long term goals, and one can be as detailed as needed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Customer service is great! Each time we have called our issue was resolved in a timely manner. All associates are very friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I appreciate using a tech solution that doesn't feel like a 'too techy solution'.
