Easy to use and it is very helpful for managing my business from one place

PROS: From my experience I can tell that ClearCare has far more intuitive software than any other software I have used. I’m using its online app and app tracking features so I can easily streamline my hiring process. It has little learning curve but once you got the point everything is easy and clear. With its features I can easily interact with my clients, it allows me to automate many processes.

What do you like best about WellSky Personal Care? User friendly dashboard, comprehensive data capturing and reporting, convenient scheduling tools, and access to immediate answers and guidance via ClearCare University.

Great software for scheduling tasks

PROS: I can easily teach my staff how to use this program, its training videos are great and easy to follow. CONS: I don’t like that when some clients move from Active to Non-Active they lose some important resources. When pulling out reports we can’t look at live schedules and review previous ones when the client has been active but now non-active. They could provide much better support for multitude turnover.

ClearCare impacting efficiency with reducing functionality

ClearCare, as a company, recently made changes and reduced the "My Task" functionality. This prevents users from independently viewing and managing their delegated tasks. The company reduced the ability to work independently and efficiently. We now have to review "every task for all employees (pages) to "find" individual tasks because they state that every employee needs to see ALL TASKS. A vendor is driving business process. What do you like best about WellSky Personal Care? I like that it gives you all the information you need within seconds. I like that it alerts you when there is a problem such as a Caregiver being late to a client.
