What do you like best? This system has the most accurate and trouble free integration with Quickbooks than any other system I have used. Many software companies charge extra for the telephony, but not Clearcare. I also like the telephony log so there is no question about a caregiver clocking in our out and what time it happened. I have to say that the thing I like the best about this company is that they listen to it's users. They take our suggestions and implement them into their software. ...

What do you like best? It's hard to choose, but the ease of navigating, the two way communication and auto-documentation, as well as the ease of invoicing rank among my favorites. GPSing caregivers, telephony as backup, and mass messaging for available shifts are all at the top of the list also.

Customer support is very helpful as they will change the program to meet your needs as close as possible. This allows for more productivity in our workplace.

What do you like best? ClearCare is a fairly intuitive, user friendly webapp that is able to systematically manage our home care work-flows. Everything from scheduling to billing to receivables. It is also a great tool to help us manage and track our business growth. It tracks referral sources, leads and has pretty good reporting. There is also some flexibility to customize.
