Wonderful and easy to use Home Care software.

Having spent a year with a different Home Care software company, I can honestly state I think ClearCare is fantastic. It's very easy to use, allows you to customize just about everything, and is always improving. The help feature gives me access to a wealth of information that usually solves whatever issue I have, and if not, the customer support team is always accessible and ready to solve my problem (although I can't tell you the last time I needed them). ClearCare Just Keeps On Getting Better

We have been using the system over two years. We've loved it from the very start because it made scheduling and payroll a breeze. We literally save hours and hours of time not only on the basics of scheduling and payroll but it also makes caregiver recruiting easier and prospective customer tracking better. ClearCare Online Awesome Tool

I'm most impressed by ClearCare Online's ability to remain responsive to the ever changing and growing needs of their clients. As our industry continues to evolve with new regulations and improvements in efficiency its great to know that our scheduling system can keep up. Having a live, human voice on the other end of every discussion is wonderful.

Clear Care is and has evolving in the right direction

I appreciate all the effort and work that is put into making Clear Care the best possible in home care platform to enable us to perform all necessary functions. There have been a minimal number of disruptions while performing maintenance and doing upgrades. I believe the Clear Care team are doing a phenomenal job with customer care. They are knowledgeable and when they don't have the answers they are honest and willing to pass it on to the person who can help

"Simplicity at its best"

What do you like best? ClearCare's accessibiity is what I like best. We can access caregiver and client information from anywhere, at anytime. This opens our ability to be in more places - marketing our services - instead of chained to our offices.

"I have been using the Clear Care system for 3 1/2 years and really love all that it has to offer."

What do you like best? The Clear Care system is an all inclusive one that allow us to schedule, keep track of that schedule on a daily basis, keeps many statistics that we use to continually evaluate and improve our business. There are so many reports that we are able to generate to revue and help in running an efficient business model. Billing and payroll are available and easy to use.

What do you like best? What I enjoy most about clear care is how easy it was to transition from our previous software. The way that the product was designed has made it very easy to use. They also provided a training modular ahead of time to prepare us for the changes. Using Clear Care has also allowed us to triage last minute call outs and scheduling more efficiently.
