What do you like best about WellSky Personal Care? I enjoy keeping up with my employee's time and payroll in an easy-to-utilize format. For example, by using the tag function, I can view all of my drivers' times from a single location.

What do you like best about WellSky Personal Care? The best feature is the notifications that remind us when our caregiver's certifications, training or IDs are expiring or when they miss their clock-ins. There are many things to be managing in a day and WellSky makes it that much easier to be on top of our records.

Great solution for scheduling

PROS: We use ClearCare for more than a year, before purchasing this product we used paper for our scheduling. This software is very intuitive and simple. We are able to get the schedules out to care-givers and clients. It saves lot of time and helped us to focus more on our clients. They always make some improvements about the product. Its support team is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

"ClearCare Mobile"

What do you like best about WellSky Personal Care? The ClearCare mobile app is extremely simple to use, it features a scrolling list of all your appointments and the requirements for each one. It allows fingerprint login which is great for caregivers as they need to access the app multiple times a day. There are a few other features of the app including the ability to request hours and view open shifts. You are easily able to request more work for your time off, if it is available.

I highly recommend ClearCare

PROS: ClearCare meets all our needs, it provides fantastic user interface and fast performance. It’s much better than the previous product that we have used. Its reporting functions are powerful and quick at receiving information. CONS: This software lacks user security options especially for different roles within the office. The reminder emails go to all admin users, and this is quite an issue in our company because we are large company and everyone gets these kind of notifications.

I recommend this program to everyone

PROS: I have used other software like this one, but I have to say that ClearCare is one of the best program I have ever used in my career. It’s easy to use, it’s intuitive and it requires minimal training. Our members can easily add prospects, clients and caregivers and they can even create staffing shift as well. PROS: This software is clear and user-friendly, it can be used by everyone and it doesn’t require specific computer skills. Each area is simple and easy to set up, it provides great tools that are very helpful for caregivers and clients. ClearCare is a great product

PROS: I love the usability and its cloud capabilities. I had no problems in setting up and learning this product. Its reporting system is powerful and easy to customize. I can easily connect the payroll and billing via this software. I am very satisfied form its customer service, they are open to new suggestions and they react quickly when it comes to solving problems.
