It's very easy to use, allows you to customize just about everything, and is always improving. After 12 years in this industry I believe ClearCare is the gamechanger for all In Home Care Agencies

I have more professional years in this industry than I like to admit but I have made In Home Care the industry that I work in for my career helping people stay independent no matter there living situation and there is simply no other program out there that allows the level of service you WANT to give clients along with smallest amount of overhead to allow for better price points for those clients.

ClearCare is the best system for my Home Care Business. There are so many features that make my day to day operations less complicated and everything is at a touch of a tab! From the CRM, Reports, Clients, Caregivers, Schedules, Invoicing, Payroll, and Credit Card Payments - this system does EVERYTHING! Clearcare offers online support and tutorials so training new office staff is easy and efficient!

Home Care Made Easy!

Since our agency began using ClearCare our business has grown by leaps and bounds! We no longer worry if all our clients are covered because the scheduling system is practically mistake proof. Communication has been made so simple with the use of text messaging and email. Billing and payroll used to take FOREVER! Now with a few clicks of the mouse we are done!
