PROS: We have great and smooth experience with ClearCare. Sometimes it can be difficult to do all that work and you will need a software that would help you to keep up and handle almost everything, thankfully they have made ClearCare software that does the job for you. It offers great set of features that saves you lot of time so you can be more focused on other things. "Great Scheduling Software"

What do you like best? The scheduling software is very user friendly, CSM is easy to use, web based so it can be accessed anywhere, has an app and should be having an app for apple products soon.

What do you like best? There is a lot of functionality for our office and caregivers. The new app is great and it usually loads quickly.

What do you like best? The tools that clear care has are beyond what we were able to see in competitors. They offer the ability to track referrals, as well as include telephony in the system.

What do you like best? I love the ease of use. Everything you need is right there available to you and easy to find. I'm also super impressed with the customer service. Every time I've ever had a question about anything, they've promptly responded with a suitable answer. I love all the different features and helpful ideas they give.

I wish I'd had stayed with ERSP and not switched to ClearCare. While I believe that ClearCare has a ton of potential, they love to say "No" (a lot!) and our extremely rigid. It may great for companies who are just starting out, but in my humble opinion it is not robust enough to support an agency that does over $5M. The grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence!
