Clear Books Technical Response.

I am a Clear Books user and I asked for support from Clear Books to resolve a technical issue. The issue was resolved within one hour to my total satisfaction.I have used Clear Books for some time. and this level and quality of response is typical. Excellent Customer Service

Clearbooks support are always extremely fast to respond either by email or telephone. Their customer service is always appreciated, and staff are polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer experience.

I spoke to Tommy Chung on 11th December regarding an issue on changing vat amounts, unfortunately he was unable to help he was very dismissive and would not explain so i understood. I asked to speak to a manager and he said i would get a call back with regards to this, we are now on 21st December and i have not received the call back as promised.Very unhelpful and unknowledgeable..Answer to your answer just to reiterate i am waiting a contact from you, there is nothing in emails??????After ...

When I asked for a demonstration

When I asked for a demonstration, I had Callie a bookkeeper by profession, not a salesperson. How refreshing. She help me to find out, just how Clear Books could fulfil my needs not how I could send them money. No attempt to sell me or to sign me up. Ho... the software is good too.

Prompt and efficient support

Having used Clearbooks for a number of years, I find that the support given online is second to none. Any question I have had is always replied to promptly and the steps I need to take to present the data in the format I'm after are communicated in a clear and precise way. The agents I've dealt with - Mohamed and Tommy - have been very efficient and courteous. I'd recommend Clearbooks to new users.

Great support team!

Due to the nature of my work, I often have the need to contact support. They are always friendly and trying to help resolve issues. Solution time varies from straight away to a bit longer, depending on the complexity of the issue.There is a great continuity with the staff, so I'm very pleased not to have the issue of a new trainee with less knowledge than you dealing with your problem and then they go off for someone to tell them what to do next.

Whenever I have encountered an issue with sorting out my accounts with ClearBooks, the helpdesk personnel respond extremely quickly. They are tremendously helpful and patient. I needed to purchase ClearBooks when MTD came into being. I'd always processed my accounts manually. ClearBooks have made it very easy for me to use online software after 13 years of pen and paper. I would recommend them without a doubt.
