We started to use Clear Books in 2010
We started to use Clear Books in 2010, as it was one of the most cost-effective accounts packages at that time;. Since then there have been many upgrades, to keep Clear Books as a leading accounts online service to any business or trade, with all financial data available at the touch of a button. If we should need any assistance, there is a human response within the hour.We highly recommend Clear Books!

Clear Books does what it says in its name. It gives you a clear set of bookkeeping and accounting tools. No fuss no complicated Apps. It allows you run reports of the time periods that are relevant to the business. You can down drill to find out what transaction make up the amounts on your reports.

Been using Clearbooks for a few years…
Been using Clearbooks for a few years now, for a small business or self employed person it is very easy to use and keep track of things, with powerful reporting and tax facilities included why look elsewhere. Add to this the very reasonable pricing and you can't go wrong.

Super software - Our clients love it.
Super software, easy to use, well designed screens. Great for accountants and best of all our clients love it. The bank feed makes bank rec's very straightforward and matching bank transactions with the purchase ledger very easy. Creating invoices using the many templates makes them look very professional. Would like to see better integration with Dext to auto import safe supplier invoices would make life a little easier. The VAT section is the best there is with all transactions shown ...

Seriously the best software I’ve used. I’m not a professional accountant or bookkeeper, I just needed software that I could use for my small business. I’ve tried the big names but as far as I’m concerned this is the best and well worth the money
