I love Clearbooks - there you go I said it!

I absolutely love this software - I try and get as many clients as I can using it and I use it for my practice accounts too.So easy to navigate around.The help function is fab and the team always respond very promptly and sometimes have gone over and above what I would have hoped for.Can’t recommend it enough!!

Further to a less than favourable review of ClearBooks that I recently posted on Trustpilot, I have to say that ClearBooks' customer services department acted very promptly to remedy the issues that I experienced. They were able to recover my data, allowing me to file a return to HMRC in the nick of time. So thank you for your help, it was much appreciated. Clearbooks is a very user friendly software package. Almost every element of the software is intuitive to use and where it is not their Customer Service is the best I have come across. They come back to you very quickly with an answer and are always very helpful, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Used Clear Books for two Companies…

Used Clear Books for two Companies since 2011. One company has multiple currencies and the other the HMRC Margin Scheme. The staff at Clear Books are always just at the end of the telephone or email and have continually found ways to make sure the system (and me) work with what I need if I have been unable to find an answer in the Help area.Any report or exporting to a spreadsheet is simple to do. New feautures are great!

What do you like best? When we were using the software the new features were great. It allowed us to keep improving. The new features that came out were great and we were able to continue to explain to the board why the software and cost was needed for this program to continue to keep helping us.
