Top Accountancy Software and Support
The software itself does everything I need it to do and more. There have been numerous occasions I have called the support team for help both with errors on my part and learning about Clear Books itself and their expertise have been brilliant. Most of the calls have been answered immediately and those where messages have been left are returned within hours and always on the same day.

Clearbooks, simple to use, effective and good value
Using Sage Accounts for 25 years, I needed to source a more cost effective alternative. I shortlisted 4 providers and selected Clearbooks. I was impressed initially by the reason behind this software being created. Having used Clearbooks for over a year it was an excellent decision. We are a small company (actually just the 2 of us) we have our own roles and one of mine is submissions. When MTD came into force I had no idea where to turn as very old school previous excel spreadsheets and relied on HMRC direct submissions. Find Clear Books so manageable and easy to link with HMRC, unlike 2 other client's who use their own software but I have to check and submit on their behalf but always a problem!! Works well for our small business
Works well for our small business and the customer support is excellent. There are way more features on there than we will ever use but that's fine as it's simple to use the parts we do need. Keep up the good work guys!

Easy to get through to Clear Books customer support. Support desk always very helpful and patient and prompt in actioning of requests.

Excellent Accounting Software
Have just started to use Clear Books for my small self-employed business, It is very easy to transfer opening balances and get up and running. The app on my phone means I invoice customers there and then by email and can keep up to date with bank balances (using the direct bank feed), revenue, sales ledger etc. It takes a little while to get used to the interface and navigation, but you soon get on top. My book keeping only takes a few minutes a week
I run twp businesses and use Clearbooks for both. It's easy to set up and my booking keeping takes a few minutes a week. I would recommend it to anybody.

Really good value
Really good value in comparison to others, we have gone from excel to this for both our businesses, it’s clear and easy to use. End of the year p&L now a doddle!
