Very good user experience

What do you like best? - Easy and intuitive request and work management capabilities - Ability to set it up to match our specific workflows - Extensive reporting capabilities - Multiple ways to connect with our CRM to sync the data and ensure data sanity - Automatic publishing to PowerPoint What do you dislike? No complaints, the team is happy to use Clarizen. We rolled out the request module and I know there are many more modules available to implement down the line. ...

Cloud-based system to manage and upgrade timetable!

What do you like best? If I update a timetable I want it as a cloud based program. This lets us configure a view that marks items in the critical line, and refine a view to display some modifications in the date you edit depending on the improvements you make in the schedule. We may attach feedback to leaders of the team. The program often monitors these conversations, and this is an great opportunity to exchange project-based feedback that might be helpful to potential participants. ...

Clarizen One

What do you like best? I like the reporting features for project status out of One. While the maintenance of tasks can be tedious, it is very nice to see a consistent project status report template that all PM's can utilize. What do you dislike? Time entry can be very tedious. In addition, we haven't been able to get capacity management to work at all. I don't know if it's who we have managing the software or the software itself. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Robust PPM

What do you like best? Highly configurable to fit our processes. What do you dislike? Reporting has limitations. We have unique requirements that we ended up meeting using the API with an external reporting tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: We performed extensive market research and found that Clarizen met our requirements the best due its highly configurable business rules, workflows, and interface. We had some unique requirements that other ...

Flexible method for PPM work monitoring to enhance.

What do you like best? Clear Interface and new self-branding sincerity. The leading industry leader in the PPM approach is also the strongest feature, while Clarizen is specifically meant as a PPM /Work Management system rather than a substitute for CRM or ERP, and strongly advises that the other vendors be approached for desirable improved features. Clarizen maintains an incredibly simple streamlined UI-for specific uses a mobile app or an essay in favor of Clarizen Progress that ...

Wonderful tool to simplify communication and activities.

What do you like best? For operation leadership, Clarizen is a really important tool. We have only one conference in which everyone is told an overall briefing rather than having actual meetings with various teams to implement a venture. We all understand what the due date is for their specific task, regardless of whether creative, developed, email advertising or material teams. Because of the need for SLA accordance, different teams have a sense of belonging, which helps to execute the ...

Adaptable PPM work management solution with room to improve

What do you like best? Straightforward UI and refreshing honesty in self branding. Most PPM solution leaders claim to be the market leader and the best on every attribute, while Clarizen is clearly meant to be a PPM /Work management solution instead of a CRM or ERP replacement, and actively recommends reaching out to other vendors for desired enhanced functionality. Rather than try to cover all scenarios, Clarizen keeps a very basic standardized UI- for specific uses, there is likely an ...

Our project management departments use Clarizen to manage customer implementations.

What do you like best? I like it as a web based system when I update a schedule. It helps us to configure a view that labels things on the critical path and to customize a view in order to show any adjustments in the date that you modify, on the basis of changes you have made in the plan. We can add notes to team members. The system also tracks such discussions and can be useful to future participants in this is an excellent way of sharing project-based comments. What do you dislike? ...

Great tool to manage projects. Easy to implement.

What do you like best? It is easy for thousands of users to collaborate and keep tens of projects in order, so training does not take long. Inside Clarizen One the comments and messages look much like a social media platform. What do you dislike? I have no questions to date, frankly. The preview function for a file is sometimes loaded slowerly or doesn't produce image (Word papers, PDFs, Indesign files, Excel spreadsheets etc.). You only need to transfer the file to your hard drive, ...
