An excellent project and portfolio management solution
What do you like best? while there is a small learning curve, I find Clarizen to be very intuitive, and end user friendly. The Clarizen team really considers customer feedback, and it has reflective in their enhancements over the past 4 years. What do you dislike? Because Clarizen is not MS project there could be a few Change Management challenges. Also the pricing model may be viewed as too complex to some medium and small PMOs, their best target market. Recommendations to others ...

My experience with Clarizen
What do you like best? Clarizen is intuitive and inexpensive. It also provides lots of support for the novice. What do you dislike? Seems convoluted with options, data, and menus. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking our projects and progress on them. We realized who is involved with what and how much time is used per employee.

Clarizen user to tack time as a Project Management
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create a project plan from a template What do you dislike? I dislike the new interface. It seems to load much longer than previous versions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problem solved using Clarizen has been tracking time associated to a project. It provides better visibility in bandwidth if projects are properly tracked.
