What do you like best? I like that Clarizen is easy to use...once you get the hang out it. Some views and functions are not intuitive, but after a walk through of the tool it becomes easier to use. What do you like best? I like that if I need to adjust timing for a single task, it will automatically adjust the dates of the dependent tasks and the overall project What do you dislike? Our organization has a link set up between Clarizen and Salesforce that allows for syncing between the 2, and it seems really buggy. Clarizen is a great tool for keeping track of time spent on each project or task.

What do you like best? I like the ability to create tasks vs. projects and keeping track of time spent on each as well as what percentage of the project is complete. It also allows you to add resources to a project if multiple people will be contributing. What do you dislike? there is not an sound notification if someone sends a message through the clarizen chat. The group interaction, such as emails and notes, is a little difficult to navigate What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are working to smooth out the project timelines and Clarizen has helped us to visualize tasks that slow down our progress consistently.
