What do you like best? Clarizen promises a lot of collaboration tools and visibility across our organization. Our team was excited by the bells and whistles. What do you dislike? Ultimately we found the sales reps didn't understand our business needs and we wasted a 1 year license and a lot of time trying to "make the shoe fit". What do you like best? I liked how it "plays well" with other programs, like salesforce. It is very easy to create reports and have them download into excel. The previous program didn't do that. What do you like best? I like that it is web based and multiple resources can access it and use it to conduct their day to day business. The new Social features in Clarizen are a great way to keep your entire team up to date with status of projects without even leaving Clarizen. What do you dislike?
