Clarzen at BFM
What do you like best? I like the easy access to timesheet and the customizable areas to specifics fields that gives me an easy birds eye view where the project is and whrer is heading. What do you dislike? Some functionalities are frustrating - for example it is hard to find how many hours each asset spend on the project if you're not managing it. Recommendations to others considering the product It's easy to see things and there is a ton of tools to customize to your needs What ...

Clarizen Project Management
What do you like best? Lots of customization, tons of data, and a SQL-like API. The support crew is amazing. Hands-down the best, on par with Rackspace. What do you dislike? I wish it was cheaper. Or had more flexible options for purchasing. It's not bad, but who doesn't want cheaper stuff? The lack of a canned process for rookie project managers is a hurdle. You'll want to train some people on Project Management skills before/while implementing Clarizen. Recommendations to others ...

Best decision for an online PM system!
What do you like best? Clarizen exceeded each of our requirements! I liked best its user friendliness, flexibility (which allowed us to customize the system to fit exactly to our needs, and the fact that Clarizen integrates with other systems. We already had a CRM for our sales divisions and an ERP system for our Finance, so we had to find a solution that will integrate with these two, and we deployed Clarizen at the heart of our work environment. Last but not least - their service ...

Works for time card, not impressed with project management tools
What do you like best? The timesheet works well. You are able to add your time and comments to a task easily. The app allows you to do this too. Percent complete on tasks is also useful, that that can only be done through the website. What do you dislike? It doesn't give you the tools to really know what is going on in a project. I have timesheet only access, quick doesn't help. For instance, if 2 people are working on a task, and you assign both people to that task, things like ...

Great software
What do you like best? The software is very flexible, The learning curve is fairly easy for your end users and their support (webinar's are absolutely fantastic. What do you dislike? The system is at times too flexible. It provides for so many options that sometimes your end users get lost and forget where they are or what filters they have on. Not a big deal because you can just open a saved view, but still easy to forget. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...
