What do you like best? Clarizen is the best project portfolio management system that I've used and we've tried several other products in the past. I really enjoy the familiarity of the interface (anyone who uses social media feels right at home but also the hidden depth with workflows and the InterAct engine. What do you like best? It's a great way to track progress and milestones from my many projects. What do you dislike? Would like the ability to easily export Gantt tables, as well as set internal versus external milestones. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We can build our own business rules and processes. Reporting has improved substantially in the last year. Great Project Management Software with Automated Notifications and Workflow Options

What do you like best? The collaboration features are very good. As a manager or team leader, it makes it very simple to receive project notifications in your email without having to log into the system. Also, Clarizen makes it very easy to house all project documentation in one location, preventing the need to spread it between systems.
