What do you like best? It's fantastic to have one program to use for so many functions. Clarizen is where I track my time, submit expense reports and requests for IT help and manage PTO requests. What do you dislike? It's not the easiest software to use and has a bit of a learning curve. There are so many aspects to it (it's so complicated that it can take a long time to learn. What do you like best? The presentation of Clarizen is beautiful. Very professional with amazing features. What do you dislike? Sometimes I'm alerted too much on a particular task. The report capability and customization has been one of the biggest benefits of Clarizen for our company.

What do you like best? Clarizen lets me work the way I want to. At the core, it is a powerful PSA solution yet it highly configurable and allows me to create custom workflows, custom fields and validation rules to ensure we are supporting our business requirements. What do you like best? Utilizing Clarizen, I can easily share project plans with my client. The ability to store all communication transmitted to the client via email is fantastic as well.
