Unfriendly, overly busy interface, may be good for reports but not for user-friendliness

What do you like best? We use this at work for time sheets and it's easy to see weekly hours. What do you dislike? Not user friendly for the employee at least, should be able to easily see my own PTO usage etc, but not so. What do you like best? It is very easy to enter projects and tasks into Clarizen. The email alerts are nice when something is due. What do you dislike? Because of how granular it needs to be, sometimes it can be confusing to find the project to track time against.
