What do you like best? Social interaction, full suite of functionality, and configurability. What do you dislike? Limited to configurations available. UI customizations are limited. Great design but not user friendly

What do you like best? The overall design of the application is nice - from a visual standpoint. What do you dislike? You cannot upload information from Excel, the tasks within a project plan do not sort properly. Do many buttons, and hidden buttons to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing projects and tracking costs. Using for project reporting eventually.

There are times i am completing an expense sheet and if I accidentally scroll away from it, it will disappear and then I would have to re-enter all the info all over again. Useful tool - a little slow to load but very functional

What do you like best? Great tool, use it daily to monitor profitability of our consulting projects. Report capabilities help tremendously with pricing retentions and, managing resource loads between my team. What do you dislike? The program runs a little slowly. A valuable SaaS that's very configurable.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software happens is highly configurable in the PPM market. You can clearly see in the UI. Trying to meet the needs of my company for workflows and custom fields in supporting unique processes is the biggest selling aspect of this software.
